Choice or Compulsion?

Today I interacted with a guy who had to give up a part of his life to choose another part of it. It suddenly struck me that tomorrow I might have to do something like that. In one's lifetime everyone has to lose a porion of their dream, could be a big portion, to fulfill another portion of that dream. It's a hell of a choice to make!! May God give him all the strength to choose right and bravely stick by what he chooses. My God help me choose correctly too when I come across such a phase in life. I kneel before the Almighty to grace us with His kind blessings and teach us and guide us to light!!
